Went to Monro for an alignment for my new front tires and found out I should have bought the tires there! They had better prices and alignment was included. They took great care of me, were done on time, and explained how I could have saved money. I will go there when I need rear tires for sure! Thanks Monro downtown Toledo!!

The best place in Toledo for tire service. We were in a dire spot being in town for a Rocket game and had a flat on the way to the game in our rental. We called them to make sure they would be open after we put the spare on and they said that they would wait on us. They got us in and replaced the tire within an hour so we could make it to the game by the first quarter. Great job and excellent customer service.

These guys helped me out right away..I was just passing through, needed new tires put on my trillie...which I picked up from Princess auto. And they gotter done! Fast, efficient..friendly, good price.. I definitely recommend these guys.

First of all.. I don't leave reviews very often.. almost never. But Julius, Mike and Aidan made my experience review worthy. If you want personalized, friendly, fast, affordable service... this is the place and those are the guys! They are honest and qualified and that's a big deal in the world of car repair. I got a oil change there that another place turned me down to do. Wheel alignment and I thought I needed tire rods but didnt. They did a great job communicating what I needed done at a good price. Now I'm comfortable and happy.

I usually don't step out of my comfort zone when it comes to my car. But I needed tires. I pass the shop every day on my way to work. I saw they were having a sale on my brand of tire. So, I took a chance. I am really glad I did. Julius and his team were awesome. They were able to get my car done that day and even gave me a ride to work. Now that is customer service. I defiantly use their services again.
